Bravo Creations – Terms & Conditions   effective June 2018

1. Scope of Services

Bravo Creations provides professional custom jewelry manufacturing, stone setting, repairs, finishing, plating, engraving, and related services exclusively to retail jewelers and trade professionals. All work is performed under agreed instructions submitted via our online portal, email, or physical intake.

2. Job Intake & Instructions

All jobs must be submitted with clear instructions via the portal or in writing. Bravo Creations is not liable for misinterpretations of vague or missing instructions. We reserve the right to delay or refuse jobs lacking required information.

3. Order Cancellations

Jobs may be canceled within 48 hours only if CAD, printing, or casting has not started. Partial or full charges apply based on work already completed.

4. Pricing & Estimates

Quotes are estimates only and may be updated if the job scope changes. Revisions, CAD modifications, and additional labor are subject to extra charges.

5. Payment Terms

Standard terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest after a 7-day grace period. Repeat late payments may result in a switch to prepaid terms.

6. Lien & Retention of Work

Bravo Creations retains all customer property until full payment is made. After 60 days unpaid, we may exercise lien rights under California law and may scrap or sell the work to recover losses after notice.

7. Risk of Loss / Customer Supplied Materials Waiver

Customers bear all risk for pre-existing damage, poorly set stones, or fragile materials. Bravo Creations is not liable for damage to or loss of customer-supplied stones or metals unless gross negligence is proven.

8. Workmanship Warranty & Rejection Window

Bravo Creations guarantees workmanship for 30 days after delivery. Clients must report defects within 5 business days of receiving the job. No claims will be honored after this period.

9. Returns & Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are limited. Many services—such as CAD, prints, stone setting, casting, and engraving—are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

10. Return Shipping Policy

Standard return shipping is via insured carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the job is shipped. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays or loss.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bravo Creations’ total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by California law. All legal proceedings must be brought in San Diego County. Customers agree to submit to the jurisdiction of San Diego courts.

13. Collection Fees

Customers are responsible for all reasonable legal and collection costs if unpaid balances require enforcement.

14. Terms Updates

These Terms may be updated. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the latest version.
