After the CAD images have been approved, we will move to the next part of the process of growing the wax using the latest printer technology for the highest level of accuracy and details.

Once the wax model is completed, it is embedded in the investment. The investment must then be heated to a certain temperature in order for the exact shape of the jewelry to be captured. At this temperature, the wax melts and escapes from the cavity, leaving a perfect impression of the desired piece. Finally, it is time to pour the molten metal into the investment. A variety of metals can be utilized in this process.

During this stage, the polisher uses soldering to attach any necessary components to the jewelry piece. Afterwards, various tools and techniques are utilized to thoroughly clean and polish the piece, resulting in a glossy, lustrous finish.

For this step, the gemstone setter finally adds the diamonds or other gemstones onto the piece. He carefully sets the middle stone into the mount. If lateral stones are involved, the setter needs to hand drill for these before setting. With the help of a microscope, they then set each distinct stone.

Next phase is quality control which is equally as important as other stages. The Quality control is the stage which ensures that the final manufactured product adheres to the defined set of quality guidelines and meets the standard requirements. The Quality control involves 3 methods which are measurement, visual inspection and mechanical inspection.
